01 — Remodeling

A remodel is not a pile of selections. It is a room — or a sequence of rooms — rebuilt so layout, light, millwork, and finish belong to each other. We plan the work as one piece, then build it that way.

03 — Home improvement

The upgrades a house actually needs.

Not every project is a full remodel. Floors, tile, repairs, and interior or exterior upgrades still deserve the same patience — especially on the Grand Strand, where humidity and salt expose shortcuts.

  • Repairs done properly, not covered over
  • Hardwood, LVP, and other flooring
  • Tile: floors, showers, backsplashes
  • Interior and exterior upgrades
Also available, as supporting work Handyman help, flooring and tile, patios and walkways, and some landscaping when it belongs with a larger project. Landscaping is not the brand — it stays in the margin, under home improvement.
