About

A local company, named for lasting work.

White board-and-batten farmhouse with a stone chimney, wood porch, and balcony — a Myrtle Beach job

The name

Pantheon means the work should remain.

The word is old: a structure built with care, meant to outlast a season. That is how we think about a kitchen, a stair, a porch on the Grand Strand. Not as a weekend flip. As something a house has to live with.

Pantheon Home Improvement is a Myrtle Beach company. We remodel, we do carpentry, we take on the home-improvement work that sits between those two — floors, tile, repairs, upgrades. We do not pretend landscaping is the brand. If a walkway belongs with a project, it belongs. The center of gravity is the house itself.

Zack's story

What would Papa do?

I got into this as a kid. My grandfather spent years remodeling a dilapidated stone house and barn, built in 1747, into a homestead. I watched. I helped. He was a meticulous craftsman. On the small stuff i still ask what would Papa do.

I came to Myrtle Beach for the weather, the beach, and the mix of people who land here from all over the country. I like giving a house some character of its own.

Every decision on a job goes through a simple test: what would I do if this were my house. We keep the company small on purpose so I can stay on site and take the lead on every project we take. We are craftsman. We will not cut corners, even on the details nobody else will notice.

How we work

A few things that will not change.

Measure

See the house first.

Quotes start with the actual rooms — photos, a neighborhood, what is failing, and what you want the house to feel like after.

Build

Finish is not extra.

Trim, tile, hardware, paint lines. The last 10% is the part you live with. We do not treat it as optional.

Stay

Built for this coast.

Sun, humidity, salt. Materials and details chosen for Myrtle Beach, not for a catalog climate.
